Docusign been neat only…
So been a great helpful sight to use for ease of of import document signing etc from another location! Simply hang up that i feel would/could use some easier access means is when i signed at 1st using the touch screen my own signature ways is that for some reason later signing it logged it in which is fine but it turned it vertically not horizontally for my signature to be placed on documents I don't know why it logged it this way I kept trying to go in to see if I could alter information technology could non find a ways to actually modify it had to start over but even at that it was very troublesome trying to figure out how to edit my signature and start over was not an easy admission to do then should be right there on the signature screen an edit push button starting time over push to click on actually took me and a banker quite some fourth dimension researching to detect where we can modify this not knowing the site similar others may so this was non a friendly user signature change out plant information technology took a while wasted actress time not necessary delight change this other words high reviews was fantabulous thank yous
Spotty function and back up
UPDATE: I received a respond from development. That'south a good sign. I am updating to iv stars. It could benefit from a freehand option and a snail post field. At that place is no multiple signer selection when they're all in the same room. Those would make a v star app.
I am testing DocuSign as an alternative to SignEasy, which I have used for years. In that location is no freehand option on DocuSign. When DocuSign works, it works well. However, the real problem began when I received an e-mail with a pdf, and DocuSign failed to import it. When I contacted support information technology took an hour for them to tell me that that's non how the app works (wrong). If I had not been able to utilize SignEasy to sign the PDF, information technology would have been a serious problem for me. I need to exist able to rely on a signing platform, and and then far I tin can't rely on DocuSign or SignEasy. This review seems to be the only manner to alert DocuSign to the problem, as support was a waste of time.

No longer easy to apply. Not happy
This used to exist my preferred electronic signing app. At present, not and so much. App insists that I'm on "a new device" every time I try to use my phone to try to DocuSign anything, and insists on sending a verification code—to the same phone I've had for several years now. I haven't changed phones. No new devices.
Then there's the effect of my name. Fought with the app for several minutes, trying to get it to permit me use text to add my total name. It insisted on using my centre name as my last, start and middle names. Finally managed to get it to allow me to add , last, first, middle.
Doesn't allow me to tap where I want to write or sign. I accept to tap, say, "text" and so that appears somewhere and I accept to drag information technology where I want it. Very tiny and hard to enlarge the box without it closing and I have to start over.
Difficult to add checkboxes. App kept telling me I had to "motion the folio up."
From at present on, unless this is stock-still, I'm just going to use this app if forced to practice so. Sad. It used to be a 5 star app.
